Medical Administrator Name Change
Effective Jan. 1, 2024, Trustmark Health Benefits was acquired by Health Care Services Corp, the new name is Luminare Health.
- Members will receive new ID cards with the Luminare Health name in January.
- The member portal is changing from myTrustmarkBenefits.com to myLuminareHealth.com in early December 2023.
Benefit Carrier Change
Effective Jan. 1, 2024, Guardian will be the carrier for the following benefits: Dental, Vision, Basic Life/ADD, Voluntary Life/ADD, Long Term Disability and Short Term Disability
- Go to guardianlife.com to find a dentist or vision provider.
- View, Print or email ID cards for use when scheduling an appointment or visiting a provider
- Guardian offers the choice between two dental options. Option 1 provides an annual maximum of $2000 and includes Orthodontia coverage. Option 2 offers an annual maximum of $1,000, and does not include orthodontia.
