EpicCare Link is Epic’s web-based application for connecting organizations to their community affiliates. It provides community users secure access to select patient information in our Epic data repository. It is a read-only application with some service-oriented features that we will configure to facilitate business with community users. Examples of community users include people outside of SGMC Health who might need to review the clinical and administrative information of patients seen at our facilities.
- Step 1: Sign the Confidentiality Site Agreement and select Site Administrator
- Step 2: Send site agreement to EpicCareLink@sgmc.org
- Step 3: Once site approved via email, Request New Account.
- Step 4: After your new Link site is setup, login to SGMC EpicCare Link
Note: New Link site creation is a process and may take up to 2 weeks.
