Adam Jones, MD

Dr. Jones attended the University of Georgia for undergrad and earned his bachelor’s in Biological Science before attending the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta for both Medical School and Emergency Medicine Residency. A native of South Georgia, he returned to work in this area after graduating and has worked at SGMC Health’s Emergency Department since 2017. He is currently an adjunct professor of Emergency Medicine for the Mercer School of Medicine and is excited about getting to share the field of Emergency Medicine with new trainees. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors, spending time with his kids, and reading.
