Outpatient rehabilitation is provided to patients who are able to travel to an outpatient therapy clinic to attend sessions. Following a referral from a physician, therapists perform an evaluation and treatment according to an individualized plan of care designed specifically for their needs and goals.
SGMC Health provides outpatient therapy services across two convenient locations—at the the SGMC Health Smith Northview campus in Valdosta and at the SGMC Health Lanier campus in Lakeland.

- Physical Therapy

- Speech Language Pathologists for cancer patients who have swallowing difficulties after head and neck cancer
- Modified Barium Swallow Studies for anyone with swallowing difficulties or suspicion of swallowing disorders
