SGMC Primary Care – Connell is the continuity clinic for SGMC Health’s Family Medicine Residency Program. Patients are cared for by resident physicians who serve as their primary provider throughout training, helping build long-term relationships and continuity of care. Each resident is supervised by experienced attending physicians, offering patients the benefit of a collaborative approach while helping train the next generation of family doctors.
