This holiday season, you can honor a loved one or memorialize a loved one who has passed away by donating a tax-deductible gift of $15 or more to the South Georgia Medical Center Love Light Tree. For your gift, a personalized ornament will be placed on the tree located in SGMC’s main lobby. In addition, a card will be sent to those you asked us to notify acknowledging your gift. All gift amounts are kept confidential.

This year, the funds raised from the Love Light Tree will help reach the goal for the current fundraising campaign, “Stories of Healing.” The $4.1 million campaign is an effort to offset the cost of the hospital’s $67 million patient tower expansion. The new 5-story patient tower will include a new Dasher Heart Center and 96 private patient rooms. Gifts to the Love Light Tree will help us achieve these lofty goals and continue to provide life-giving therapies for residents in the region.
