An exercise program focused on the needs of those with arthritis. Supervised by a registered nurse.

This is a one-day baby-sitting class for children ages 11-14. more


Look Good, Feel Better
A free, non-medical program offered in partnership with the American Cancer Society. It teaches beauty techniques to women who are going through active cancer treatments to help them combat the appearance related side-effects of treatment.
