Fredrick A. Koehler, MD Nashville, Ga. – SGMC Berrien Campus welcomes Fredrick A. Koehler, MD in the specialty of Internal Medicine. Dr. Koehler will operate a full-time medical office called SGMC Berrien Internal Medicine. The medical office is located in Suite A at 1221 E. McPherson Ave. in Nashville. He will provide primary care for adults including, but not limited to: cardiology, thyroid disorders, hypertension, diabetes management and weight loss needs, high cholesterol, and treat minor illnesses and injuries. The Nashville-Berrien County Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting and grand opening for the new medical practice on Thursday, December 11 from 5 to 7pm in Suite A of the SGMC Berrien Campus. Dr. Koehler received his medical degree from the School of Medicine at the University of Miami. He went on to complete his post graduate internal medicine training at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Koehler is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. His most recent experience includes serving as an Internist at Valdosta Medical Clinic where he provided traditional outpatient and full inpatient care.
