As of April 30th, patients will be seen at the
Ashley Street Outpatient Center - 2330 North Ashley Street.

Youth Care at SGMC provides urgent care for children when their regular pediatrician’s office is closed at night or during the weekend.

Please go to the SGMC Emergency Department or call 9-1-1 if you believe your child has a severe and/or life-threatening emergency.

Who will see my child at Youth Care?

Your child will be seen by one of SGMC’s board certified pediatricians.

Youth Care is also staffed with registration clerks and certified pediatric nurses.

Do I have to have an appointment for my child to be seen?
No. Youth Care is for urgent, unexpected illnesses. We see patients on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Follow up with your Pediatrician
We will fax the notes from your child’s visit to Youth Care to the child’s primary pediatrician. This will allow the pediatrician to follow-up with you as needed.
