South Georgia Medical Center physicians and nurses can evaluate and treat you for a range of kidney diseases, including

Together with our Medical Imaging Services, physicians may use a variety of radiological procedures to diagnose disorders and diseases of the kidneys.

Inpatient Dialysis

For our patients who experience kidney failure, SGMC provides dialysis service in our Inpatient Dialysis Unit. Our unit is fully staffed by specially trained dialysis nurses, using state-of-the-art dialysis equipment and comfortable, private stations fitted with personal televisions. SGMC’s dialysis service treats around 300 patients per month, offering

• Peritoneal dialysis
