Parenting Classes
Caring for a new baby, especially for first time mothers, can be overwhelming. Not only is your body going through physical changes, you will also experience emotional changes. Preparation and education is key to having a successful happy pregnancy, delivery and postpartum period.
All classes are provided as a community service for the expectant parents in south Georgia and north Florida. Each class is lead by a certified nurse.
All programs are free of charge to those who will deliver at South Georgia Medical Center. If you plan to have your baby elsewhere, there is a small fee for each class you attend.
**Please do not bring children to any class except to the So… Mom’s Having a Baby Class.
