Community Health Outreach

In a world that probably will never be disease free, South Georgia Medical Center’s Community Health Promotion (CHP) department works with our affiliated physicians, South Health District and American Cancer Society to offer an assortment of free or low cost programs, screenings, classes and support groups in an effort to identify common health problems and offer information and resources to help address these problems.
