SGMC Honors Retired Radiologist with Naming

Dr. Charles F. Hobby, a recently retired radiologist who practiced medicine at South Georgia Medical Center for over 40 years, was honored June 13, 2013 with the naming of the Charles F. Hobby, MD Interventional Radiology Unit at the SGMC Main Campus. The honor was bestowed upon Dr. Hobby by the Hospital Authority of Valdosta & Lowndes County, Georgia in recognition of Dr. Hobby’s long years of valuable service.
