Spine Care Center Appointments and Referrals

• Patients may make an appointment at either the SGMC Surgery Center or Smith Northview Hospital. 
• Patients may be referred by a physician to make an appointment (no physician referral is required).

Assessment & Treatment

Patients will be evaluated first at a FREE consultation that includes an interview and an assessment of their spine.

Once the issues have been assessed the patient is sent to the appropriate physician for an individualized treatment plan ranging from the least invasive intervention such as physical therapy, to invasive interventions such as spinal fusion. Learn more about our non-surgical treatment options.
