SGMC and the YMCA Want You to Kick the Habit

South Georgia Medical Center and the Valdosta YMCA will celebrate Great American Smokeout Day, Thursday November 17, 2011 from 11am until 1pm at the YMCA.
Free pulmonary function tests and blood pressure screenings will be offered.
You can even sign up for smoking cessation classes to kick the habit! The American Cancer Society and South Health District will be distributing tobacco related educational brochures and several visual aids.
